Register for our next Session

This registration form is for:

- RETURNING clients who have already attended a Making Friends Social Group session in the past. Welcome back! We look forward to our continued work together!

- New client families approved to register after screening conference call with Becky

Please be sure to complete the form in its entirety and be as specific as possible. This will allow us to directly impact the needs of your child.

Registration Information

1. Fee of $1200 is due in full at time of registration.

2. Accepted forms of payment are: Venmo (preferred) or check. See payment details below.

3. Once your child’s registration form and payment are submitted, you will receive an email with a contract that need to be signed and submitted to info@makingfriendssocialgroup.com.

Please note, your child’s registration is not complete until all three requirements are completed – registration form, payment, signed contracts. Completion of registration secures your child’s spot in the upcoming session.

4. Once the session has begun, there will be no refunds for any reason.

Any missed session(s) for any reason (vacation, illness, etc) will not be reimbursed. Instead, you will be provided with the weekly session letter detailing the social skills addressed the week that was missed.
Once group commences, withdrawal from the session will result in forfeiture of your fee. There will be no partial reimbursements for any reason.

5. Due to privacy laws, the Making Friends Social Group will not inform parents about the schools the other participants attend prior to, or during the session.
